Who We Are

 

 

TLC is a non-profit public program funded by Community Living British Columbia and supported by the Kitsilano Community Centre Association. 

In order to qualify for the program your youth must be registered with CLBC.

A Little Information about TLC

 

TLC is a program which provides exciting and challenging opportunites for teens 13 to 18 years old with disabilities.  Our Program is specifically designed for youth with mild developmental disabilities that are currently attending high school. 

 

The TLC youth participate in fun and challenging activities that promote independent and group planning, positive peer relationships, and much more!  Examples of activities include bowling, swimming, cooking, arts and crafts, group games and sports.

Goals of TLC

All our activities are geared towards enhancing self-esteem and confidence in our participants, by encouraging them to enjoy experiences and benefits that our program has to offer.
